About Weamrite
Weamrite is the fastest growing digital convenience retailer. We deliver snacks, drinks, essentials and basically all of your convenience needs right to your door. We store 2500+ products in your city’s centrally located Weamrite Facility, so when you order your stuff comes straight from us to you. We don’t charge crazy surge pricing because we’re not a courier service, and because we’re delivering direct instead of picking it up from the store, we deliver fast!
Download the app on your iOS or Android Device or order on the website from a computer, tablet, or phone. Create your account, add your items to your cart, checkout with a credit card or debit card, and boom! Your order will be at your door in less time than it takes to finish the next episode of whichever show you’re watching.

As late as you’re up! We’re open 24/7 in all our service locations, and open all day to 4:30AM in our freshly-launched markets.
Our delivery fee is only $1 every time, and we never use surge pricing (yes, you read that right).
Delivery generally takes 20-40 minutes depending on local conditions and circumstances. If delivery times are running later than normal in your location, you’ll be notified in the app before checkout. After placing your weamrite order, you’ll be given an order status view containing an estimated delivery time. We’ll keep this estimate up-to-date until you receive your order.
We do not currently offer the ability to schedule a delivery for a future time or date. This is a feature we may introduce in the future, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!
You definitely can! Please keep in mind that we do sell some age-controlled products, so the intended recipient will need to be of age if any of those products are ordered. The SMS messages regarding your delivery will be sent to your mobile number, and the delivery driver will call YOU upon delivery. Please keep this in mind, as you may need to act as the go-between for the delivery driver and your recipient to coordinate the delivery.
Yes. Customers can purchase alcohol from weamrite and its partners on the weamrite app in select markets. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. A U.S. government-issued I.D. or Passport will be checked at delivery for all alcohol orders (criteria below).
If you do not have an I.D. at the time of delivery, or if you fail to provide an authentic state or government-issued I.D., you will be charged a non-refundable 50% restocking fee for your order, and you will not receive any of your items. Your delivery driver cannot complete any part of the delivery if the customer does not have a valid I.D., is under 21, or appears intoxicated.
An I.D. is acceptable if it meets the following criteria:
1. It is issued by a U.S. governmental agency (such as federal, state, county or city)
2. Contains the name of the person
3. Contains the date of birth of the person
4. Contains a description of the person
5. Contains a photograph of the person
6. Is currently valid (in other words, not expired)
Examples of legally acceptable I.D.’s are: Driver’s license; State-issued I.D. card (if issued in the state where alcohol service is being provided); US Passport.
Examples of unacceptable I.D.’s are: Temporary driver’s licenses; Non-photo driver’s licenses; Birth certificates; School of work I.D. cards; Non-US Passports
Unfortunately, we cannot accept U.S. military I.D.’s, even though they meet the criteria above, because photography of such I.D.’s is prohibited.

Your weamrite Account
Please ensure you are entering the correct username and password when logging into your weamrite account if you can’t still gain access.please contact our Customer Service Team and one of our staffs will be more than happy to assist you.
To update your account information, visit the “my account” section of your weamrite account. Using the “Add payment method” and “settings” sections, you can update your payment methods, phone number, and email address associated with your weamrite account.
To update or edit the email address associated with your weamrite account, visit the “my account” section and select “settings”. You’ll see a “change email” option.
If you have an existing weamrite account, but do not have access to login on your phone, you can login on another device. Please enter the correct username and password associated with your account.
You’re able to unsubscribe from weamrite marketing emails using the link provided at the bottom of the emails. You’ll see a line that reads, “To unsubscribe from our mailing list, click here.”
Note: emails titled “weamrite Your verification code” and “Your weamrite order!” are transactional. These emails are only sent when you take action on your weamrite account: signing in and placing an order. You cannot unsubscribe from these emails, as they contain important updates about your account
If you notice Suspicious Activity on your banking statement, we strongly recommend that you contact your Financial Institution to report the potentially fraudulent activity. Due to privacy concerns, there is very little we can do for you directly through our Customer Service Team. Your Financial Institution will reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them with any information they request.
Your weamrite Order
We’re so sorry to hear you’re experiencing an error when trying to place a weamrite order. In the event that the issue is associated with your payment method, the error message you see should provide you with instructions on contacting your payment provider directly. If the error message does not indicate an issue with the form of payment, please contact our Customer Service Team on the contact us page for immediate assistance.
We understand that you want your stuff as quickly as possible! The order status page in the app or on the website offers the most up-to-date information available regarding the status of your order. Your estimated delivery window may change. Nothing’s wrong! We want to be as honest as possible about when your weamrite order will arrive.
If you’re seeing something on the order status page that doesn’t make sense or you feel that the information on that page is incorrect, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team on the contact us page for additional assistance, but please understand that staffs generally do not have any additional information beyond what you’re seeing on your account.
Nothing is wrong! We want to be as honest as possible about when you’ll receive your weamrite order. If your delivery estimate changes, for any reason, we update your ETA immediately so you know there’s been a change to your estimate. ETA’s may be adjusted for a variety of reasons: road conditions, weather conditions, traffic, or abnormally high order volume at your weamrite location.

We’re so sorry about the fact that your order couldn’t be delivered as planned. The delivery process contains many variables that sometimes prevent orders from being delivered, including but not limited to weather conditions, local circumstances and more mundane issues such as our inability to contact a guest at the point of delivery. An automated email message to the guest is generated each time an order is cancelled, so please refer to your email messages for more details on your specific cancellation reason.

We’re so sorry about the fact that your order couldn’t be delivered as planned. The charge to your card takes place when you hit “Place Order” and for this reason we need to provide a refund or void the transaction in the event that an order is modified or cancelled. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this has caused you!
Refunds generally take 3-5 Business Days to process (not including weekends or holidays).
In some instances, funds may be returned in the form of a Voided Transaction instead of a manual refund. In these instances, you will see a pending charge fall off of your account instead of a positive credit into your account. This can be very confusing, so we recommend that you speak to your financial institution in the event that a refund or void has been completed and more than 5 Business Days have passed.

If you place a weamrite order, you should receive an email confirmation. Please verify your email address associated with your weamrite account. You can do so by visiting “my account” in the app or on the website and choosing the “account details” section to view and edit your account information. If your information appears correct, please visit your weamrite home screen. If you do not see a yellow bar under your delivery address that reads “View Order Status”, your order was not successfully placed. Please revisit your cart and proceed to checkout.
In order to protect your personal and financial information, our agents do not have a way to accept a payment over the phone. You will need to place an order through our app or website, but please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team on the contact us page if you’re having trouble navigating the order experience! One of our Customer Service Staff would be more than happy to walk you through the process.
Payments
Credit cards and debit cards, Paypal are all accepted in all weamrite locations, on both the mobile app and website.

Everytime you place a weamrite order, a copy of your receipt is emailed to the email address associated with your account. The subject line of these emails is “Your weamrite order!” if you need to search your inbox.

Weamrite does not currently offer gift cards.
Coupons and Discounts
Some of weamrite’s promotions and discounts will be automatically applied to your next order. To see if you have any discounts on your account, you can add any product to your cart and visit the cart page. If there are auto-applied discounts, you will see the discounts applied to your order subtotal. Have a code you’d like to apply? To enter a discount code to your order, use the “Coupon code” box on the cart page. Only one manual entry code may be applied per order.
You’re trying to use a coupon on weamrite! Let’s find out why it may not be working. Several coupon codes offered by weamrite are for new users only. Those codes can only be applied if it’s your very first weamrite order. This specification will be noted wherever you found the coupon code. Other weamrite codes may have specific order minimums required for redemption, expiration dates, or specific products that must be in your cart in order for the coupon code to apply. Please double check the details provided with the particular coupon code you’re trying to use.
Your weamrite Driver Partner
While you are certainly not required to tip, your delivery driver would most certainly appreciate it if you do! You may leave your driver a tip on your credit card or debit card at checkout. Your delivery driver gets 100% of your tip!
